SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS IN OPTIMIZING THE EXPENSES OF COMMERCIAL BANKS
Abstract
This article analyzes the specific features of the transformation process in optimizing the expenses of commercial banks. In modern economic conditions, the rapid development of digital technologies, increasing competition, and changing customer demands require significant improvements in banking activities. Therefore, the implementation of transformation processes in commercial banks has become an important factor for improving efficiency. The study examines the main types of bank expenses, mechanisms for their effective management, and methods for optimizing costs during the transformation process. In addition, the possibilities of reducing operational costs through digital transformation, automation of business processes, optimization of branch networks, and the introduction of modern management approaches are discussed. The results of the study show that the transformation process plays an important role in improving the efficiency of banks, strengthening financial stability, and enhancing the quality of banking services.
