ANALYSIS OF MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES OF FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study to improve the efficiency of risk management systems at food industry enterprises. The study included a comparative analysis of risk analysis and management based on international standards (ISO 22000, HACCP) and local (O’zDSt ISO 22000) approaches. The study also identified existing problems at local enterprises, including technological limitations, lack of financial resources and low employee qualifications. The article provides recommendations for the implementation and development of occupational safety management systems at domestic enterprises using foreign experience. In particular, it was emphasized that the use of modern technologies, training of qualified personnel, and expansion of state support are of great importance in risk monitoring. The research results will help increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market, protect consumer health and ensure the economic stability of the country through the effective organization of food safety management systems.
